After the great success of last year, “Las Raíces del Wellington” reopened with the arrival of good weather.
This restaurant, located on the pool’s terrace of the hotel, is open every day from 01:00 p.m. to 04:00 p.m. and from 08:30 p.m to 11:00 p.m. offer a select menu prepared by the hotel chef and horticulturist, Javier Librero.
This summer “Las Raíces del Wellington” offers low-calorie menus (ideal for take care of yourself) with vegetarian dishes, grilled fish, grilled meats in wood oven and delicious artisan desserts baked daily in in our obrador. All of them nutritious and healthy, made mostly with fresh ecologic vegetables from the Wellington’s urban orchard, the world’s largest in the rooftop of a hotel.
The casual cuisine of “Las Raíces Wellington” completed the wide and exclusive gastronomic offer of the Hotel, composed by Goizeko and Kabuki restaurants, “La LLave de Oro” cafe, the English Bar and the Sundays’ Brunch.
